Hello Dave,
no titlebar being displayed on an android tablet, whether selected or not makes no change.
Version is 1.0.10
The titlebar entry in the conf-file is set correctly, but no change in display.

Kind regards
Peter

Additionally I add the content of the .conf-file
And the data for the tablet:

Android 5.0.2
Android safety pathches 2016-02-01

Kind regards

Peter...

The screenshots look entirely normal.

When the OpenCPN options dialog is shown (i.e. by touching the Toolbar "wrench" icon), then the Android Action bar menu items are disabled and hidden by design.  This is done to prevent conflicting option selections.

What am I missing?

Thanks

Now I am confused.

Which menubar do you refer to?  What exactly should it say?  Where should it be shown?

Thanks

Ah, I see now.  Thanks for your markup screenshots.  I was not seeing the obvious...

Android apps do not use a conventional "menu bar".  This is usually seen on PC and desktop applications only. All user interaction on OpenCPN for Android is by the "Action Bar", or by the OpenCPN toolbar.

So,  in fact, this option in the OpenCPN for Android app should be disabled or hidden.  This is a bug.

I will correct this in the next Release.

Thanks again for you patience.
